What is ProfHAlo?
ProfHAlo is a bio-modelling injectable skincare treatment that treats skin laxity and improves skin quality. It also naturally stimulates collagen, elastin, and adipocytes (fats) stem cells that are naturally lost during the skin’s ageing process.
Using 100% pure hyaluronic acid with 32 mg of hyaluronic acid (high molecular weight) and 32 mg of hyaluronic acid (low molecular weight), it provides firming and lifting effects on the skin while repairing tissue damage such as blemishes and acne scarring.
How does ProfHAlo work?
Treating the skin from the inside out, the ProfHAlo formulation is injected into 10 key points at the treatment area. It then penetrates deep into the layers of the skin to stimulate collagen production and improve skin elasticity. ProfHAlo also works by attracting water into the deeper layers of the skin.
As we age, our skin naturally loses its ability to regenerate new skin cells that tighten the face. The skin also naturally loses moisture, causing the skin to become dry and wrinkles to form. What should I expect during a ProfHAlo treatment?
ProfHAlo treatment takes approximately 30 minutes– depending on the treatment area, and involves the following steps.
- Numbing or anaesthetic cream is applied to the treatment area 30 minutes before the procedure begins.
Examination of the treatment area is conducted and markings are made.

What results can I expect?
Small marks or swelling will be visible at the 10 key injection points but these will subside within one to two days. Subsequently, you can expect to see a significant improvement in your skin quality and a youthful glow after the ProfHAlo treatment. Skin should feel hydrated, firmer, and tighter, while wrinkles and fine lines are drastically reduced. If you had tissue damage such as acne scarring, you should see an improvement with ProfHAlo.
As the treatment is a biostimulator that spurs natural healing and new cell regeneration, your skin should look and feel better three to six months after the first session. However, results are subjective to one’s genetics, skin condition, and age.
How many treatment sessions are required?
For the best results, at least two sessions of ProfHAlo are required every four weeks, with a top up session every six months.

ProfHAlo typically lasts 6-7 months after two treatment sessions. After that, you can return for follow-up treatments every 6-9 months.
You can see a clear improvement after the first treatment, but optimal results are visible approximately four weeks after the second treatment. After 8-9 weeks, the skin will appear more hydrated, brighter, and firmer.
Usually, patients experience mild side effects with ProfHAlo, including redness, bruising, and swelling. These side effects are temporary and often resolve a day or two after treatment.
